- How to order a back issue?
Please email or call us with details of the issue you would like to order.
- I�ve forgotten my login details. What can I do?
Please email info@profit-loss.com with your name, company and address details and we will email your username/password details to you.
- Why can�t I login to read Squawkbox stories?
Only Squawkbox, FXN Online and FXN Premier subscribers have full access to Squawkbox stories. If you would like to upgrade your subscription to include Squawkbox, please call us on +44 207 377 6383 or email info@profit-loss.com
If you are a subscriber who normally has access to Squawkbox, it may be that your subscription has expired. Please contact us by phone or email to renew your subscription.

- What is included in my subscription to Profit & Loss?

- What are the current subscription rates?
Prices vary depending on the type of subscription package taken. Please visit http://www.profit-loss.com/subscribe/ for full details.
- How can I pay for my subscription?
You may pay with a credit/debit card by faxing, calling us or requesting an invoice to be sent to your company. The invoice will state payment options, including details of cheque and wire transfers.� Please note that Squawkbox subscriptions are subject to 17.5% VAT.� Please note also that American Express payments are subject to a 4% administration charge.�
- What will appear on my credit card statement for my subscription?
���� The debit for your subscription will appear as �P&L Services Ltd�.
- When will my subscription start and finish?
Your subscription will commence from receipt of payment and will expire 12 months from that date.
- What is the difference between a �Free Trial� and a �subscription�?
FXN Online & Premier subscribers to Profit & Loss have exclusive and unlimited access to all archives and Squawkbox stories. A free online trial to Profit & Loss Magazine will enable you access to these services for a limited time only.
- Will I be reminded before my subscription expires?
A �Subscription Expiry Notice� will be emailed to you one month prior to the expiry date of your subscription.
- Will my credit card information be stored by Profit & Loss?
We do not store your full credit card information - the last 4 digits are retained temporarily as a reference only.
- How do I apply for a free trial? Can I have more than one free trial?
Please go to http://www.profit-loss.com/subscribe/ to activate your free trial. We offer one free trial per person.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
Please call us on +44 20 7377 6383. A small administration charge may be levied.
- How do I subscribe to the weekly Squawkbox Headlines service?

- How do I unsubscribe from the Squawkbox Headlines service?

- Why have I stopped receiving Squawkbox headlines?
Some emails are blocked by company firewalls and spam filters, please check with your IT department. If that is not the case, please contact us and we will confirm we have the right email address for you on our distribution list.
